Joyce Mullen assumed her role in January 2022 as president and CEO of Insight Enterprises, a $10.4 billion Fortune 500 organization driving client success through digital transformation. She has led Insight’s evolution as an industry-recognized solutions integrator, making significant changes to align the business with that goal, articulating why Insight is best positioned to lead this new category, and galvanizing all stakeholders behind the vision. She previously served as Insight’s president of North America and oversaw net sales growth in the region by 14%, to $7.5 billion, in 2021 amid a global pandemic and volatile market. Before joining Insight, Ms. Mullen was president of Dell Technologies’ global channel, embedded and edge solutions. She had a 21-year tenure at Dell, where she held several executive positions leading a broad range of organizations, including sales, operations, supply chain, partner strategy, services delivery, and logistics. Currently, she oversees Insight’s more than 13,000 teammates, who operate in 19 countries and include more than 5,500 technical experts (architects, engineers, and software developers) specializing in cloud, data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge. She currently serves on the board of the Toro Co. In addition to the Fortune CEO Initiative, Ms. Mullen is an active member of the Wall Street Journal CEO Council and Forbes Technology Council. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and BA degree in international relations from Brown University.
