Carmine Di Sibio is the global chairman and CEO of EY, one of the world’s largest professional services organizations, which achieved $45 billion in revenues last year. EY has some 400,000 people serving clients in more than 150 countries today. Before being elected to his current post, Mr. Di Sibio served as EY global managing partner – client service. He led the development of EY’s global strategy, NextWave, expanding on the purpose of Building a better working world and has a clear ambition to create long-term value for all stakeholders. He also led the plans for EY to become carbon neutral in 2020 and announced the EY achievement of becoming carbon negative in October 2021. He furthered EY’s sustainability commitment by announcing plans to become net zero in 2025. Mr. Di Sibio is a board member of Focusing Capital on the Long Term (FCLT), and he serves as a co-chair of the New York Jobs CEO Council. He plays an active role in the World Economic Forum, serving as a member of its International Business Council, and is a member of the Washington, DC-based U.S. Business Roundtable, the International Business Leaders Advisory Council to the Mayor of Shanghai, and the Council for Inclusive Capitalism with the Vatican. He serves on the boards of the Foundation for Empowering Citizens with Autism and Family Promise. Additionally, he is a trustee of Colgate University and a member of the Wake Forest University Business School board of visitors. Mr. Di Sibio earned degrees from Colgate University and New York University’s Stern School of Business.
