Raj Subramaniam is president, CEO, and a board member of FedEx Corp., one of the world’s largest global transportation companies, with a vision to make supply chains smarter for everyone. As CEO, Mr. Subramaniam drives strategic direction for the enterprise while inspiring execution and alignment through the executive leadership team’s strategic business activities. Before being appointed president and CEO in June 2022, he served as president and COO and has held various other marketing and operations leadership roles during his more than 30 years at FedEx. Mr. Subramaniam’s international leadership experience, keen business insights, and focus on globalization have contributed to the success of FedEx and provide a blueprint for the company’s revolutionary approach to transportation and logistics. Mr. Subramaniam is responsible for spearheading the current global transformation of FedEx, which includes revitalizing its operating strategy, profitably growing the e-commerce business, and harnessing the power of global supply chain data to advance the company’s digital initiatives. Outside FedEx, Mr. Subramaniam serves on the board of directors of the Procter & Gamble. He is committed to advancing economic growth and trade around the world, serving on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s China Center advisory board and the boards of FIRST, U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum, and the U.S.-China Business Council; he is also a member of the President’s Export Council and the U.S.-India CEO Forum. Mr. Subramaniam is a proud 2023 recipient of the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman award.
