Sebastian Picardo is the president and CEO of Holt Renfrew, Canada’s fashion and lifestyle retailer. With more than 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Picardo has worked for multiple companies in the luxury sector in regional and global executive roles based in Buenos Aires, London, Barcelona, Hong Kong, and Toronto. He has also served as nonexecutive director in South East Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining Holt Renfrew in 2020, he was deputy president of Asia’s iconic luxury department store Lane Crawford and held senior management positions at Burberry, Net-a-Porter, Alexander McQueen, and Deloitte. Originally from Argentina, Mr. Picardo holds bachelor’s degrees in public accounting and in business administration. He also holds a master’s degree in international finance. Most recently, he successfully completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
