Stephan Scholl is the CEO of Alight Solutions, a leading cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions. Known as a change agent, Mr. Scholl is the driving force behind transforming Alight into a $3.1 billion, technology-led organization, with more than 18,000 colleagues globally. With more than 25 years of experience in cloud solutions, technology, A.I., and software, he is passionate about leveraging data, A.I., and analytics to improve the well-being of workers worldwide. He believes that achieving organizational success for the long term requires companies to put their employees at the center to create positive employee experiences. Under his leadership, Alight partners with clients of all sizes, including more than 70% of the Fortune 100, to provide health, wealth, and payroll solutions that drive better outcomes for employers and their people. Before joining Alight, Mr. Scholl served in a variety of leadership roles at Infor Global Solutions, most recently as president. During his eight-year tenure, he helped transform the company into a preeminent provider of industry-vertical cloud solutions, doubling revenue to $3 billion and establishing it as the world’s third-largest ERP software vendor. For more than a decade, he held numerous leadership roles at Oracle and PeopleSoft. Mr. Scholl serves on the boards of Bishop’s College School. In addition, he is a member of CNBC CEO Council, Fast Company Impact Council, Fortune’s CEO Initiative, the Wall Street Journal’s CEO Council, the Economic Clubs of Chicago and New York, and the Enterprise Software CEO Roundtable.
